    Jonathon from Paul Greasley Cars is a true gentleman and extremely amiable and professional. We had difficulties with a car after purchase and the resolve was handled brilliantly and to a successful conclusion.I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND this used car dealership and I consider them to be the total opposite to the stereotype of "dodgy second-hand car dealers".Five star service!!!

    £8500 spent, money lost on heap of metal

    Nightmare garage and car. Spent £8500 on a vehicle from these guys. For the sale they couldn’t have been more helpful. I had nothing but problems with the car once picked up, with it spending weeks on several occasions back with them whilst they attempted to fix it… but failed. Managed to get some of my money back but lost a lot. Because of this and how difficult the communication was, I would NOT recommend this garage.

    Further to your review we are sorry you feel you had a negative experience with ourselves. You purchased an Audi Q5 from us at the beginning of September 2023. Shortly after the car developed an unforeseen fault with the Turbo. We had the vehicle back under warranty and replaced the turbo and returned it to you. Some five months later after the warranty had expired the vehicle developed a further fault. Unbeknown to us you took it to your own garage to have the repairs carried out. However, with your own garage not being able to repair the vehicle you contacted us for assistance. We collected the vehicle free of charge, assessed the fault and offered to repair it on a free of charge basis, even though the vehicle was outside of the warranty period. At all points, you were provided with a courtesy vehicle free of charge of equivalent quality therefore your claim “of having no car” is factually incorrect. You then decided you no longer wanted the vehicle and asked us if we could provide you with a refund, which we did as a matter of good customer service, taking into account the 3000 miles that you had covered in the vehicle. Following the refund, you contacted us to inform us that you had a media system fitted to the vehicle and asked if this could be returned to you. Unfortunately, this was not possible as whoever had fitted the system had cut into the wiring loom and removal would have rendered the vehicle system inoperable or requiring a new wiring loom. We do apologise for this however you were made aware at the time of your request that we could only return it should it be removed without problem. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused and wish you well in the future with whatever vehicle you have now purchased. Kind Regards Paul Greasley Cars

    Over the past few years, l have bought five vehicles from Paul Greasley Cars...Part exchange prices are spot on and the actual purchase prices are competitive too.Staff are always welcoming and helpful, which is why l would recommend this Company wholeheartedly. If you have any issues with the bought cars, they will help and fix with no hassle. Again definitely recommend..!Today l part exchanged my Mazda and drove away a lovely Jaguar XE...Thanks guts.
